Sewing Machines
How often should my sewing machine be serviced?

We recommend a full service every 12 months. Frequent sewists may benefit from more regular clean & lube visits to keep stitches consistent and prevent avoidable wear.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment necessary — just bring your machine in to the shop during business hours. If you have questions first, give us a call at 443-981-3182.

What does a standard service include?

A diagnostic checkup plus Clean, Oil & Lubricant to keep your machine running with precision performance. We will flag any repairs needed before they become costly.

Do you offer emergency or expedited repairs?

Yes. If you need your machine back faster, we offer Emergency Repair service for an additional fee.

Embroidery Machines
Can you update my embroidery machine software?

We are happy to provide software update services for supported machines. Bring it in with your make and model and we will confirm what is available.

My designs are not stitching cleanly — can you help?

Absolutely. Bring it in for a diagnostic; tension, timing and debris are common culprits we resolve regularly.

Sergers
Do you service all serger brands?

We service most home sergers. If you are unsure about your model, give us a call at 443-981-3182 and we will let you know.

My serger has been in storage for years — is it worth servicing?

Often, yes. A clean, lube and inspection can bring a stored machine safely back to life for a fraction of replacement cost.
