If you have a service or repair, and your matter isn’t an emergency, then just come to the shop and drop off your machine, it’s that easy! Please ensure to bring all the necessary items found in our FAQ section with you. Should you need a repair faster than our current queue, we offer Emergency Repair Service, and you can continue by filling out the below request.
Please use the below form ONLY to schedule an URGENT Repair Request. Our team will contact you back to confirm your appointment availability for when to drop off your machine to our center, or work to schedule the next available appointment. PLEASE NOTE THAT BY USING THIS REQUEST FORM, AN EMERGENCY REPAIR HAS AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE.
