Our Diagnostic services include a full-service checkup on your machine to ensure optimal performance.

MACHINE MAINTENANCE

Machine maintenance is recommended annually; Clean, Oil & Lubricant will keep your machine running with precision performance.

SOFTWARE UPDATES

We are happy to provide you with Software Update Services for your machine.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your machine, Zig Zag Foot, Power Cord, Bobbin, Foot Pedal (only if you don't have a stop start button), and if you're bringing an Embroidery Machine, please bring your Arm and a Small Hoop.
