Service & Repair Department

Bring us the machine.
We’ll get it sewing again.

Our technicians are factory-trained and certified, and they work on sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines and quilting systems every day the shop is open. Start your work order online so there’s no paperwork at the counter, then track it from intake to pickup.

Start to finish

How a repair works here

  1. Step 01

    Start the ticket

Fill out the short form online with your make, model and what’s wrong. Your work order is written up before you arrive.

  2. Step 02

    Drop it off

Bring the machine (and the foot pedal and power cord) to the shop during business hours. No appointment.

  3. Step 03

    We diagnose & call

A technician inspects the machine and calls you with what it needs and what it will cost before any repair work starts.

  4. Step 04

    Repair & pickup

We fix it, test-sew it, and email you when it’s ready. Check the status online any time in between.

All makes & models

If it sews, we service it

We repair every brand we sell and plenty we don’t. Our service manager, Chuck, is certified on Husqvarna Viking in addition to the brands on our showroom floor, so you don’t have to ship your machine across the country to get it looked at.

Our shop

Honest work done at a fair price

You already spent real money on the machine. We price the repair with that in mind, and we tell you what it needs before we touch it — including when the honest answer is that it doesn’t need much at all.
