If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns (Physical Goods | See Below for Classes)

Our products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Items sold as part of a daily deal, and items marked as clearance or final sale, cannot be returned or refunded. Because these are offered at a deep discount, all sales on them are final.

Damaged Goods

Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and we’ll get you a label to send it back. An identical (where available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Obviously, with fabric, sometimes the item will no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item. As stated above, all returns must include the original receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Refunds (Physical Goods | See Below For Classes)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Workshop Cancellation Policy/Participation Waiver

Refunds & Transfers

Deposits and balances for classes, workshops and artist demonstrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, any refund is issued as store credit rather than to your original payment method. Store credit stays on your account and can be used in our retail store or online.

Course Changes or Cancellations

Glory Bee’s Sewing Center reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, change class times or substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule. If a class is cancelled, students may choose to receive a full refund or may transfer, with no fee, to another class or workshop. If Glory Bee’s Sewing Center cancels for any reason, all payments can be refunded.

Participation Waiver

Registrant acknowledges that registration and participation is voluntary, and that by registering for this workshop/class that he/she is solely responsible for any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained on the premises or any location where any workshop/class is being conducted.

Publicity Waiver

Unless informed otherwise, Glory Bee’s Sewing Center will consider photographs taken of students in the school and of their artwork to be permissible for publication in School informational publications, including the web.
