The following blog post is to help our customers understand and navigate our upcoming changes both to our in-store experience as well as online shopping experience.

Upcoming Changes to Glory Bee’s

Coming September / October 2020

We recently tasked our IT Firm with a rather difficult challenge; to find the best solution for our inventory management, synchronize that inventory with our online store, and ultimately provide an improved customer experience. After a month’s long discovery, they presented us with our new system.

We are in the process right now of migrating and finishing the transition plans for this new system, but wanted to share with you some of the upcoming changes that will benefit you.

Purchases (Online and In-Store)

  • Any order made in-store will now be accessible in your online order history.
  • Most items can be ordered online, and the Curbside Pickup option will be available, and e-mail notifications when your item is ready for pickup will be sent.
  • Order tracking when choosing the “Ship” option, will provide you with the information you need to know exactly when to receive your package, including the tracking number in your account.

Service Center

  • Our service center page will be a new website that will allow for submitting a request to open a new ticket for service.
  • Track the status of your service or repair request with instant and up to date information anytime on your online portal.
  • Receive e-mail notifications when your machine is fixed or ready for pickup.
  • Urgent repair request? Now you can submit a request for faster service. ($50 non-refundable fee applies)

Additional Features

  • Loyalty and Reward Points will be introduced soon, allowing you to earn credit on each purchase in-store and online. Redeem your points or view your balance at any time in your account!   • Online receipt and order history tracking will be available. If you lost your receipt, or need an extra copy, you can now receive even your in-store receipts online.
  • Faster Checkout experience and Mobile Checkout will be allowing you to breeze in and out of the store. Our new system will us to get you what you need and on your way much faster.
  • Know Before You Go! Our inventory will be available to see online, so if you want to know what we have in stock before you come to the store, you can quickly search online most of our inventory.
  • Wishlist your favorite items and store them in your account, and get notified when they go on sale, or when items come back in stock.

We are extremely excited about all of these features and much more that we have in store for you as we continue this transition to our new and upgraded platform.
